De Nederlandse Dart Klasse Organisatie organiseert jaarlijks een 5-tal Klasse Evenementen (zie de wedstrijdkalender 2003) het Open Nederlands kampioenschap en de NK One-up (eenmans). Deze wedstrijden zijn van een kwalitatief hoog niveau. Daarnaast verzorgt de klasse organisatie een aantal trainingsweekeinden, een Teach-inn voor nieuwe Dart-zeilers en enkele meer sociale en ludieke evenementen. Internationaal kent de klasse grote vloten in vooral Engeland, Frankrijk, Duitsland, Portugal, Italië, Canada en Zuid-Afrika. Bij de Europese- en Wereld kampioenschappen komen meer dan 200 darts aan de start. |

Formula 18 Catamarans are fast, exciting, colorful, spinnaker-driven catamarans which are built to a rule which allows all manufacturers to design a boat which competes on an even footing. In essence, the rule encourages one-design racing between the classes. The Formula 18 Catamarans are the future of sailing. Sailing a Formula 18 catamaran is like riding the wind. The boat is crewed by two people. The risk of capsizing is always around the corner. |
