Entering the two-story construction floor, one finds several large yachts in various stages of completion. Alden Yachts only builds about eight custom yachts a year. <br>The hulls are fabricated of unidirectional and biaxial E glass with a balsa core, while the bow and waterline area is reinforced with S glass. The hull is vacuum bag molded so that a high glass-to-resin ratio is achieved |
