The 2nd Annual Black & Blue Striped Shootout, Hawaii State Championship, presented by Lahaina Shell The Qualifying Harbors are: Hawaii ~ Honokohau, Kauai ~ Nawiliwili, Maui ~ Lahaina, & Oahu ~ Ala Wai Black, Blue, & Striped Marlin Only! $1000 Entry - $500 of $1000 towards Biggest Fish of the Harbor (Other $500 towards Biggest Fish of the State.)
