The Windows based systems vary from state of the art ECS meeting the ECDIS software specifications, to basic yacht systems, all aimed at enhancing safety of the mariner. Chartworx is market leader in the fishery market with their Quodfish systems. The operation and the facilities it offers to interface a wide variety of sensors are identical to Chartworx TheMAP ECS. To meet the needs of the fisherman it provides also specific additional functions to optimise fishing operations and improve cost effectiveness.
