Description: Shortly after the last Dutch Classic Yacht Regatta (DCYR) in July 2001 preparations for the 2003 event have started. The organizing committee has been strengthened with several new members. We are confident the next DCYR will be just as succesfull as the last. The Dutch Classic Yact Regatta (DCYR) is a bi-annual event for classic yachts at Hellevoetsluis, the old town at the waters of the Haringvliet in the Netherlands. The core of the event comprises the three day regatta for various classes of classic sailing yachts.
