We think the timing for Last Wave Originals couldn't be better. After years of minimal innovation--when surfboard design appeared to be lacking in imagination--surfing is in the midst of a renaissance. New materials and manufacturing methods are being introduced, and it is refreshing to see a mix of old and the new out in the water.
