Description: Renting a yacht is matter of trust. It's a fact that quite a lot of people who have rented a ship from us return on a yearly basis. The few malfunctions and many compliments we get in respect to our fleet prove us worthy of your trust. <br>For your assurance, we solely rent out ships according to the Hiswa conditions. These are drawn up together with the customer's organisation ANWB. If, unfortunately, you might feel it to be necessary it is possible to present your case to the so-called 'Geschillencommissie' an independent council. This hasn't occurred until now, and we will try our best to keep it that way. But you never know. So for you to be on the safe side: we assure you that Maran Yacht Charter will honour any ruling made by this council.
