Description: Welcome to Campsite and Marina Uitdam The grounds and the marina are located directly on the Markermeer at less than 15 kilometers from Amsterdam. This lake has a great historical background. Once named Zuiderzee, it almost seems that the past has been preserved since it was dammed off from the sea, and filled with fresh water. Campsite and Marina Uitdam is now property lying in a typical Dutch landscape, close to the picturesque former island of Marken, you will find peace and quietness in its open spaces and water, together with meadows, cane fields and an abundance of birds and other wildlife.
