Watford Octopush Club was formed many years ago by Dick Berry, who is still a "geriatric" member of the Watford Underwater Club. His influence on the fledgling Octopush Club was considerable, and it remains to this day - the goals we use for every match and practice session were made by Dick Berry. Watford Octopush Club is a registered club, affiliated to the British Octopush Association. |
Throughout the World, Octopush is a fast growing and swift moving underwater sport, with several University and public teams around the UK. Often described as "hockey underwater", you don't have to know a thing about the land-based game to have a great time. However, being able to swim usually helps a great deal! Our club is small and friendly, giving you the chance to play this unique sport whether you're an expert or an absolute beginner. We have players of all abilities, from over ten years experience to those who've only just discovered the secret! |
