I am 15 and would like to rent a PWC at North Carolina When I go for vacation. I have my Virginia Boating/PWC safety course certificate so will I be able to rent a PWC in NC or will I have to take a NC Boating safety course? Bookmark
What does the texas boating safety test qualify you to do?
I know if you are under 18 you must take the course to operate a PWC by yourself but what else does they license let you do if you’re uner 18 and completed the course? Bookmark
