Positive attitude The YES philosophy is Simplicity. No marketing hype. We want only to build the best and simplest sails and masts on the market. Sails with a Wide Range of use with High Performances. Quality The quality of our sails has always been our main focus. This is the reason why our sails are produced in China in a modern and highly efficient facility. Every detail is finished to our specific instructions: Each seam is glued and made of 5 layers. Two layer batten pockets, with additional protection tape on the back. |

Sideshore, Onshore wave, Freestyle, Bump and Jump. One sail, many missions--ACCOMPLISHED! This is Windwing’s newest, most radical, highest flying and easiest flipping sail. The Bash is a perfect combination of light weight v. strength, performance v. durability, and stability v. response. The young guns on the Windwing team wanted a new sail, one that was tunable for today's most radical freestyle moves, yet also would work as a competition-level wave sail. Oh yeah, and it had to be durable and light at the same time |
The value of the products we make comes not only in their form and function, but also from our consistent approach to design and development. The Sailworks crew is truly a multi-sport group, but we’re brought together by our love of windsurfing and our desire to build and ride the best sails we can make. We’ve been intensely focused on a few simple design goals that have become our legacy. |

The Polynesian Championships were held on the island of Raiateha from the 19-25 July 2003. Fred Morin (Neil Pryde, AHD) & Stéphane Vudoc (Neil Pryde, AHD) had a tough battle in the strong winds during the opening days of the competition, but then had a big comeback in the lighter winds to close the gap on the eventual event winner, Beb Boosie (Gaastra, AHD)... |
No distractions.....No hype.....KA Sails are simply the best sails on the market! (Our customers tell us this!) How do we do it? Our focus is on development, not advertising. We have an extensive knowledge base, built up over the last 20 years. This allows us to build great sails and offer our customers great prices. |

For the 2003 season, our designer Renato Morlotti and his development team in Tarifa have done a great job once again. All sails 2003 are designed with new and practical features. We have been able to optimise our standard, among other things, we have benefited from the numerous and helpful suggestions we received from your side. |
The Gaastra symbol is distinctive. It has been part of Windsurfing since windsurfing was invented, and has always been viewed as the brand to beat. BRAND HISTORY Beginning in 1897, a young Dutch sailmaker, Douwe Gaastra became known for the high quality of his fine cotton sails. In order to distinguish his products from imitators, he embroidered the outline of the castle-like gate over his hometown canals on all his work. |
